Emily’s Place Grandfriends Day, April 2016

THANKS to all who contributed, and to those who were able to participate in Grandfriends Day at Emily’s Place! The Dr. Seuss Stories were a hit, as was the delicious cupcake decorating. The children appreciated the gifts, and the Mom’s appreciated our caring!  I think for those who were able to attend, it was a heartwarming and eye-opening experience.  A special thanks to the husbands who attended.  We heard that the families had a good time and appreciated our time, thoughts and contributions. It was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
