Cuddle Dolls for the NICU at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital

Members had a great opportunity for service by making, and packaging 75 Cuddle Dolls for Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. Mothers place a doll on their own skin for several hours, and then the doll is put with the premature infants so the infant has the smell of their mother all the time. The productive workshop involved sewing, clipping, turning right side out, ironing and packaging them in labeled plastic bags.
