George Tanghongs

George Tanghongs represents companies in the selection and negotiation of sale and lease transactions. George has hands-on experience in the marketing of over 14,700,000 square feet, comprised of over 320 projects of office, industrial retail technical facilities and land in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. George started his career in commercial real estate with Bradford Companies in June 1995. He successfully closed over 1,050 transactions for more than $400 million in transaction value in the Dallas area. George’s in depth market knowledge, attention to detail, and persistence are key factors in each transaction.

George enjoys community involvement in the following areas:

George and his wife, Julie, live in Plano with their three children. In his free time, George enjoys photography and is involved in his childrens’ activities.
